Job Summary

Own Harvey’s organic visibility across traditional search and the AI answer layer (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and emerging agentic interfaces). Define and execute the SEO/AEO/GEO roadmap, build scalable content and entity/extractability standards, and establish monitoring and observability for rankings, indexing, and Core Web Vitals. Use measurement, analytics, and statistically rigorous experiments to connect organic performance to pipeline and attributed ARR.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the SEO strategy and roadmap across harvey.ai and other web properties.
•Build and maintain an SEO playbook and own the SEO content calendar across the buyer journey stages.
•Develop and own AEO/GEO strategy to ensure Harvey is cited and surfaced in AI answer engines.
•Implement entity consistency, extractability, and monitoring infrastructure for AI-generated answer accuracy.
•Build analytics and run statistically rigorous SEO/CRO experiments, connecting performance to revenue outcomes (pipeline, demos, trials, attributed ARR).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 294,000 annually

•8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable measurable results.
•Recent dedicated focus on AEO/GEO, including building a program or owning an AEO workstream.
•B2B SaaS background understanding enterprise buyer journeys and mapping content to pipeline.
•Deep technical SEO fluency and proficiency with core SEO/GEO tools.
•Experience with experimentation platforms (Statsig, Optimizely or similar), A/B testing, and international SEO with hreflang.
