  • •Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and on the phone through development and expansion of client relationships.
  • •Contribute to meeting service and individual/branch sales targets by offering products and services to develop, expand, and retain relationships.
  • •Support the team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and acting on or referring complex client needs to internal specialists.
  • •Cross-train to perform required teller duties as needed and help with greeting clients and navigating within the branch.
