Senior Construction Manager (KSA, SA)

Oversee large-scale construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Lead construction teams and subcontractors, develop project strategies (resource allocation, scheduling, risk management), and manage budgets and contract administration, including disputes and changes. Ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and safety/HSE procedures, while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders through progress reporting.
