Key Responsibilities

•Handle complex supply chains across Asia/Europe/Americas with directed tiers.
•Develop, manage, and improve the APQP process with suppliers from initial design through PPAP submission and mass production.
•Lead design reviews and ensure manufacturing needs (DFM/A) for Interior commodities are defined and met.
•Be responsible for driving and tracking supplier Engineering Design Change activities.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Studio, Design Engineering, Purchasing, New Projects Implementation, Plant Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure proper development of suspension components and protection of Lucid plants and end customers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or related field
•Minimum 8 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or assembly within Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering; automotive experience preferred
•At least 6 years of hands-on APQP and PPAP project management
•Experience with Interior Trims Manufacturing, Wrapping Processes, Coverstock, and related design/manufacturing considerations (DFM/A)
•Proficiency with quality tools and standards: IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, DFM/A, GD&T
