Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle complex supply chains across Asia/Europe/Americas with directed tiers.
  • •Develop, manage, and improve the APQP process with suppliers from initial design through PPAP submission and mass production.
  • •Lead design reviews and ensure manufacturing needs (DFM/A) for Interior commodities are defined and met.
  • •Be responsible for driving and tracking supplier Engineering Design Change activities.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Studio, Design Engineering, Purchasing, New Projects Implementation, Plant Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure proper development of suspension components and protection of Lucid plants and end customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or assembly within Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering; automotive experience preferred
  • •At least 6 years of hands-on APQP and PPAP project management
  • •Experience with Interior Trims Manufacturing, Wrapping Processes, Coverstock, and related design/manufacturing considerations (DFM/A)
  • •Proficiency with quality tools and standards: IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, DFM/A, GD&T
