Job Summary

Lead the Ads Measurement practice within Reddit’s Marketing Sciences team in EMEA, guiding measurement strategy, research, and insights to drive ad performance for agencies and brands. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to translate global best practices into the UK context, develop go-to-market initiatives, and produce actionable recommendations backed by data and research.

Key Responsibilities

•Daily responsibilities will span across advertising measurement, performance optimizations, vendor development, advertising strategy, teaching and supporting our sales team, and research.
•Measurement knowledge including attitudinal survey research, offline and online sales/ROI measurement, impression/attribution/conversion and mobile tracking, 1st and 3rd party insights storytelling, and custom research.
•Collaborate closely with Client Account Managers to gain a deep understanding of clients’ campaign setups, measurement stack and performance goals, as well as collaborate closely with Product & PMM.
•Translate global best practices into EMEA context, creating playbooks and best practices for EMEA specific campaigns.
•Translate data insights into actionable recommendations with clear justifications and expected outcomes, maintaining regular communication of vertical updates and optimization suggestions to our team.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in ad research or ad tech – at a research vendor, media owner, client or agency partner
•BA/BS degree
•A data-driven storyteller with a passion for measurement to inspire and drive action
•Knowledge of experimentation and underlying statistical methods
•Experience optimizing toward direct-response KPI and holistic media planning
