Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute Engineering & Manufacturing Innovation projects across product and methods, process and people to deliver measurable, sustainable manufacturing performance improvements
  • •Maintain Lean Manufacturing principles across projects and continuously track Lean Manufacturing metrics
  • •Support multi-dimensional events across product types to identify efficiency improvement opportunities across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons
  • •Partner with machine manufacturers and attend industry trade fairs; transfer knowledge into productivity improvement efforts across responsible factories
  • •Communicate progress across the adidas Sourcing organization and help build a knowledge-transfer platform (SME, WME, etc.)

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Industrial Engineering or related areas
  • •Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
  • •Strong knowledge and experience in Lean 6 Sigma practices and training techniques
  • •Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Proven ability in leading multidimensional teams; fluent in English (written and spoken)
