Job Summary

Lead project planning and scheduling across EPC initiatives, reviewing execution documentation and contract conditions to ensure planning procedures meet client requirements. Develop and issue schedule deliverables including Level 1/2 schedules, network Level 3, SBM, manpower projection plans, and progress reporting tools. Maintain updated schedule control curves, analyze schedule trends, and forecast performance issues while coordinating with client project control stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Review project documentation including scope, project execution plan, proposal/project schedule (manpower projection plan), and contract conditions.
•Work within planning/scheduling procedures and develop additional project-specific procedures when needed to meet client requirements.
•Prepare activity plans and ensure sufficient planning resources are provided to execute the work required.
•Prepare and issue planning and reporting deliverables such as Level 1/2/3 schedules, SBM, manpower projection plan, critical equipment lists/schedules, progress S-curves, histograms, look-ahead schedules, and monthly progress reports.
•Maintain accurate schedule and control curves, analyze schedule trends, forecast schedule performance/issues, and produce progress and action reports in coordination with project/project control managers and client project control personnel.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
•Minimum 8 years’ experience in project planning/scheduling for engineering, procurement, and construction work using Primavera Planning Software, including logic diagram development.
•Thorough understanding of contracts and ability to analyze schedules, progress reporting documents, and forecast trends.
•Experience related to data center construction projects is preferred.
•Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
