Development Engineer II - Laser/Mechanical Glass Cutting

Perform research to improve thin film solar cell performance, stability, and manufacturing cost. Plan, execute, and characterize development engineering experiments in laboratory and manufacturing environments, using material analysis and statistical methods to draw conclusions and optimize processes. Identify opportunities in solar cell efficiency, material selection, and process/equipment design, potentially including material and tooling specifications, while complying with environmental, quality, and safety policies.
