Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product requirements and develop final solutions in a multi-functional environment with product managers, industrial designers, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • •Perform R&D activities to explore new technologies and incorporate them into products.
  • •Design, prototype, and develop innovative solutions while ensuring performance and quality standards are met.
  • •Establish project budgets, plan staffing and schedules, and report project status with recommendations for changes as needed.
  • •Support sustaining engineering, monitor prototype construction and laboratory/testing/approvals, and help resolve production issues.
