Job Summary

Own cradle-to-grave contract administration for Medium Range Air Defense (MRAD) programs covering Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS). Support contract proposals, negotiation, execution, change management, invoicing coordination, and closeout for production, integration, technical assistance, and sustainment work for the NASAMS® system. Partner with Program Management, the Office of General Counsel, and cross-functional teams to drive compliance, risk management, and successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise and/or represent the organization on contract negotiation and administration matters.
•Provide contract management to meet customer obligations, company objectives, and compliance with company policies.
•Manage contractual scope, terms, and conditions to ensure work aligns with overall contract scope.
•Draft, interpret, and manage contract documents supporting Contracts and the Business Unit.
•Coordinate with Program Management, General Counsel, and cross-functional peers for program reviews, proposal reviews, and risk management; travel 2-4 times per year as needed.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
•Experience with Contracts Administration, Subcontracts Administration, Program/Project Management, Estimating and Pricing (E&P), or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
•Experience with U.S. Government contracts under FAR and/or DFARS.
•Ability to develop effective and sustaining relationships with external customers and internal cross-functional partners.
•Experience with terms and conditions risk analysis and negotiation.
