Job Summary

Define the technical and digital transformation vision for scalable manufacturing solutions, bridging OT systems, plant data historians, and enterprise IT platforms. Lead end-to-end solution architecture across production reliability, quality, energy, sustainability, and analytics, including real-time ingestion, edge architectures, and secure connectivity. Provide technical governance and innovation thought leadership, translate RFPs and industry trends into business impact, and build architecture roadmaps that align teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architecture and design of digital manufacturing solutions across production, reliability, quality, energy, and sustainability use cases.
•Define end-to-end solution architectures spanning OT systems, plant data historians, manufacturing applications, and cloud platforms.
•Act as a technical authority for OT/IT integration patterns, including real-time data ingestion, edge architectures, and secure connectivity.
•Provide innovation governance and oversight for ITS initiatives, including reviewing RFPs and translating requirements and trends into business impact.
•Develop and maintain technical innovation roadmaps and architectural views, and identify technical/operational risks and improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in manufacturing, industrial IT, or digital transformation roles.
•5+ years in solution or enterprise architecture supporting manufacturing environments.
•Strong knowledge of Industrial Architectures (ISA-95, Purdue Model), OT networking, cybersecurity concepts, and time-series/streaming event-driven architectures.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Experience with infrastructure solutions such as Azure, directory services, collaboration, and virtualization.
