Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to keep systems and facilities functioning.
  • •Carry out general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and related technical work.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems; inspect systems to identify potential issues.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize performance and minimize downtime; maintain maintenance records/work orders.
  • •Collaborate with R&D staff for technical support as needed and work with external contractors/vendors; issue work permits.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a similar facility maintenance role.
  • •Technical training or certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
  • •Experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance capacity.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of safety standards and a strong commitment to safe working practices.
