Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication and part replacement to keep equipment, systems and facilities functioning properly.
•Conduct general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, technical) as needed.
•Repair, install or replace damaged fixtures and equipment and troubleshoot building systems.
•Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities (work orders) and collaborate with external contractors/vendors as needed.

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in a similar maintenance role.
•Technical training or certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
•Experience as a handyman or similar maintenance role.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
•Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety standards.
