Job Summary

Own the financial narrative for Nova by mastering its P&L, revenue model, and product economics across deposits, treasury, payments, credit, and wealth. Set growth targets and build go-to-market plans for new and existing products, connecting unit economics (e.g., NIM, float, lending spreads, take-rate, AUM fees) to payments volume, balances, and revenue. Lead with senior judgment and drive decisions through launch, pricing, and targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Nova’s financial narrative across performance, product economics, and outlook, including mastery of the Nova P&L and revenue model.
•Own the economics of Nova’s financial-product menu and set product viewpoints on what to build next, how it is priced, and how it makes money.
•Drive revenue growth by setting targets and owning go-to-market planning for new and existing products across channels (direct GP sales, Ark/fund-admin cross-sell, and LP surface).
•Model unit economics that drive revenue (NIM and float, lending spread and risk, referral and take-rate economics, AUM fees) and connect each product to payments volume, balances, and revenue.
•Measure success via trusted planning models, clear product-economics tradeoffs, and increased revenue tied to payments volume, balances, and revenue.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years across strategic finance, banking, private markets, or corporate strategy with ownership of growth planning.
•Strong command of financial-product economics across deposits/float, lending spreads, referral and take-rate economics, and AUM fees.
•Ability to form and execute a point of view on what to build next, carrying conviction through pricing, packaging, and targets.
•Comfort operating with broad scope and no playbook, making senior judgment calls before data is fully clean.
•Experience distilling complex problems into the key decision drivers and communicating them to executives with writing and charts.
•Experience building AI into how you work and defining how it reshapes finance operations.
