Job Summary

Mentor and train Bakken field staff, delivering hands-on competency assessments with multi-skill operators while supporting safe, efficient working practices. Review and approve SOG/SOP updates, advise end-users on procedures, and represent Operations in base & facilities design reviews using hazard analysis methods (PHA/LOPA). Partner with engineers and production leaders on Management of Change, basis of design, safe operating limits, downtime reduction, and safety-bypass review.

•Support area foreman with multi-skilled operator route performance and develop tailored training/action plans.
•Conduct SOG/SOP review and approval; consult end-users and communicate procedure updates to stakeholders.
•Represent Operations in base & facilities design review processes (including hazard analysis such as PHA and LOPA) and collaborate on operability/reliability improvements.
•Support facility engineering with Management of Change, basis of design/safe operating limits reviews, and safety-bypass log review; participate in shutdown planning and after-action reviews.

•3+ years of experience in oilfield operations, maintenance, and optimization

•Willing and able to travel ~10% yearly and relocate within a 50-mile driving radius of Dunn Center, Watford City, ND, or New Town, ND
