Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day contract administration, including scope tracking, deliverables, variations, invoicing, and claims.
  • •Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations (schedule, cost, quality, and safety).
  • •Identify and escalate potential risks, disputes, or non-compliance issues in a timely manner.
  • •Serve as a key interface between Construction Management, Project Controls, Legal, Finance, and external contractors.
  • •Prepare contract status reports, risk summaries, and performance dashboards for project leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •5–8 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or procurement for construction, real estate, or industrial projects.
  • •Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial principles, and risk management.
  • •Experience supporting contracts for CAPEX projects (civil works, MEP, equipment supply, or installation).
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish.
