Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure smooth operations in yard, rail, and warehouse for EXIM and domestic activities.
  • •Achieve faster turnaround of rakes and containers while maintaining relevant SLAs for rail and yard.
  • •Ensure timely gate in/out and loading/unloading of train as per TAT, following SOPs for yard, rail, and gate operations.
  • •Manage documentation and compliance for EXIM, customs, and railways, including proper customer correspondence and relationships.
  • •Monitor MIS productivity and operational KPIs, prepare reports, prevent revenue leakage, and maintain HSE standards and audit/stock take controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience and a graduate qualification.
  • •Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • •Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PPT, as well as software.
  • •Ability to maintain operational KPIs and customer-level SLAs.
  • •Experience supporting compliance and documentation related to s/line, customs, and Railways/EXIM.
