Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, build, and develop strong candidate pipelines through networking, proactive outreach on LinkedIn, role advertisements, and referrals.
  • •Work with colleagues to understand and communicate client requirements and elevator pitches to candidates.
  • •Practice active listening to assess candidate strengths and areas for opportunity, and articulate insights to clients and colleagues.
  • •Coach and advise candidates on resume writing, interviewing, and skills testing.
  • •Continuously build market knowledge and share insights with the broader consulting team.
