Job Summary

Deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Trane chillers, HVAC equipment, and HVAC control systems. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, oversee overhaul work, commissioning, and startup activities, and provide technical support for diagnostics, calibration, and system integration. Lead and supervise technicians, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and liaise with customers to resolve complaint cases while ensuring EHS and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Trane chillers and other HVAC equipment.
•Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers and control systems.
•Conduct overhaul work, commissioning, and startup activities on Trane chillers.
•Lead and supervise a team of technicians to complete assigned jobs safely and effectively.
•Liaise with customers and coordinate with vendors/contractors while ensuring work meets quality and EHS standards.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in chiller systems and air-conditioning.
•Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BAS/BMS systems, and troubleshooting control components.
•Good communication and customer-handling skills.
•Positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when required.
