Key Responsibilities

•Apply SRE measurement (SLI/SLO/SLA), eliminate toil, and perform reliability modeling.
•Enable and educate development teams on best practices and operational knowledge to ensure platform continuity.
•Develop and architect infrastructure/operational solutions for new products and feature sets.
•Support go/no-go preplanning, verification/validation, and reviews of existing and new product/services.
•Troubleshoot and resolve business-impacting issues; lead escalations, incident response, RCA, blameless postmortems, and participate in on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

•At least 5+ years of professional experience in cloud/web/CDN scale infrastructure.
•Expert Linux troubleshooting in production, including CPU/memory/IO/network bottleneck isolation and hands-on tools (top/htop, vmstat, iostat, sar, pidstat, ss, lsof, dmesg, journald/systemd).
•Strong networking fundamentals with practical debugging of TCP/UDP and routing issues using tools like curl, dig, mtr/traceroute, nc, and tcpdump.
•DNS and HTTP(S) knowledge (resolver vs authoritative, TTL/caching, SERVFAIL/NXDOMAIN patterns; HTTP 502/503/504 and LB/proxy failure modes).
•TLS/SSL proficiency (certificate chains, expiry, SNI mismatch, handshake failures) and production mindset for mitigation, runbooks, and automation.
