  • •Drive Academy development initiatives and training projects from identified need through implementation and operational handover.
  • •Develop and implement new and improved training solutions based on customer and business needs.
  • •Lead complex customer training projects across multiple stakeholders, products, sites, or countries.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure scope, ownership, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • •Manage project execution, risks, and implementation to realize business value; collaborate to create sustainable learning solutions.
