Facilities Management Coordinator (QA)

Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and oversee maintenance to ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance. Manage preventive maintenance schedules, vendor/contractor relationships, and facility budgets while developing and maintaining facilities documentation and policies. Lead inspections, audits, and emergency readiness, and drive facility improvement initiatives such as energy conservation and space optimization. Provide supervision to maintenance teams and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with company policies.
