Key Responsibilities

•Present your creativity through visually appealing product presentations in line with adidas brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns through window displays, in-store displays, category presentations, in-store communication and mannequin styling.
•Plan and implement Visual Merchandising strategies in the store to maximise commercial opportunities.
•Create weekly/monthly Visual Merchandising reports highlighting best practices and commercial results.
•Proactively communicate with the Store Team through trainings to ensure merchandising standards are met and maintained.
•Collaborate with other Visual Merchandisers on projects and store renovations to implement unconventional and innovative Visual Merchandising initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 months of experience in sport/fashion retail and more than 6 months additional experience in Visual Merchandising.
•Advanced sales experience with a comprehensive understanding of product, retail and industry.
•Flexible work hours aligned with campaigns, planned layout changes and store-offline schedules.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, organization, planning and problem solving, and willingness to learn.
