Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data center facility operations engineers and technicians; manage shift planning, resource allocation, and succession planning for 24/7 coverage.
  • •Ensure site uptime and adherence to SLAs; act as escalation point for major site incidents.
  • •Establish, audit, and govern colocation partner maintenance programs; oversee RCA and CAPA for critical infrastructure failures.
  • •Manage colocation and vendor partnerships using KPIs and operational governance; lead QBRs and operational audits with equipment vendors.
  • •Own site OpEx and forecast lifecycle CapEx; identify energy-efficiency (PUE reduction) and cost-saving opportunities without compromising reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience operating critical infrastructure in data centers, semiconductor fabs, or power plants.
  • •Deep understanding of data center tiering standards (TIA-942 Rated 3/4, Uptime Tier III/IV) and power/cooling redundancy concepts.
  • •Proven experience managing high-risk change management (MOPs/SOPs/EOPs) and conducting RCA for complex electrical/mechanical failures.
  • •Strong practical knowledge of megawatt-class generators, UPS, medium/low voltage switchgears, chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/AHU units, and BMS/EPMS systems.
