Build and manage strategic partnerships in the security ecosystem, shaping Anthropic’s product partnership strategy across SIEM/SOAR, EDR, identity, cloud security, and GRC. Key Responsibilities

•Research and build strategic partnerships across the security ecosystem, structuring collaborations and closing opportunities with internal teams' guidance.
•Be the internal security domain expert, helping research, product, and leadership understand landscape, opportunities, and calls.
•Prioritize ecosystem targets, map the sector, and build a focused pipeline with clear decision points on where to engage or say no.
•Navigate complex organizations (R&D, IT, legal, compliance, procurement) to drive partnerships that get done.
•Enable integrations where relevant by coordinating with partner engineering teams and maintaining quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience inside the security industry — partnerships, BD, alliances, product partnerships, or comparable. Must be able to operate independently from day one.
