Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the protocol roadmap across ZK Thunder, DEX, Fast Bridge, Token Factory, and core protocol development aligned to milestones
  • •Lead architecture decisions across consensus, UTXO smart contract execution, ZK integration, and cross-chain bridge design
  • •Build and manage the engineering team including hiring, leveling, performance management, and culture
  • •Establish engineering standards including code review, security gates, testing frameworks, and deployment protocols
  • •Coordinate security work with the Blockchain Security Lead and work with AI/Tokenization leaders on product requirements and external developer representation
