Job Summary

Serve as a developing subject-matter expert ensuring client solution requirements are resolved to SLA standards. Own parts of installations and low-to-medium complexity break/fix incidents, handle troubleshooting and problem resolution, and escalate complex issues. Work across networking, data centre, security, customer experience, collaboration, and end-user compute—configuring, installing, and supporting solutions while assisting with documentation and project administration.

Key Responsibilities

•Own larger portions of installations and manage break/fix incidents at low to medium complexity during the project lifecycle.
•Take responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting during the project lifecycle.
•Escalate complex problems to the relevant third parties.
•Assist with documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover and compile/maintain project administration (time capture and stakeholder feedback).
•Conduct elementary presentations within the customer organization and take leadership from senior resources on relevant technologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Developing understanding of technical design and business principles, plus project and administration fundamentals.
•Demonstrate domain specialist knowledge and customer engagement skills with good verbal communication.
•Moderate experience across technical implementation engineering (Networking, Data Centre, Security, Customer experience, Collaboration and/or End User Compute).
•Moderate experience with Collaboration and/or Networking and troubleshooting (including Cisco Unified Communications Manager and related UC/contact center experience).
