Job Summary

Join the Global Business Services team as an OTC Associate, managing a portfolio of customer accounts and driving collection results. You’ll proactively contact customers by phone and email to collect overdue payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and accurately document interactions in ERP/CRM systems. Partner with Cash Application, Deductions, Sales, Customer Care, and Finance to resolve billing discrepancies, escalate complex cases, and support Order to Cash continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
•Contact customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments.
•Negotiate payment arrangements aligned with company credit and collection policies.
•Document customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities accurately in ERP/CRM systems.
•Collaborate with Cash Application, Deductions, Sales, Customer Care, and Finance to resolve billing discrepancies and escalate complex disputes when appropriate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Advanced English proficiency (required).
•1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Financial Operations Support.
•Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
