Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and keeping priorities actionable.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, and VA stakeholders to translate requirements into well-scoped, deliverable product work.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives).
  • •Track delivery progress, identify blockers, and manage dependencies to keep the team moving.
  • •Use data, user research, and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization and product decisions; communicate across stakeholder teams to stay aligned.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on federal health IT programs.
  • •Hands-on experience with Oracle Health or similar EHR platforms (strongly preferred).
  • •Strong backlog management skills, including user story writing, acceptance criteria, and MVP definition.
  • •Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through consistent sprint cycles.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States; certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.
