Job Summary

Optimize and manage an ancillary (non-ticket) portfolio across core, partner, and value-added products. You’ll analyze product performance, drive digital optimizations with the e-commerce team, and prioritize the digital development backlog using value estimation and benchmarking. Own business cases, monitor daily performance against budget, ensure airport fee compliance, and manage partner accounts and invoicing activities to grow ancillary unit revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the ancillary product and services portfolio offered by Wizz Air and partners.
•Analyze product definitions, complexity, and touchpoint performance to drive continuous performance improvements.
•Implement and measure digital optimizations across all channels in cooperation with the e-commerce team.
•Define and prioritize the digital development backlog with the e-commerce product manager using value estimation.
•Manage partner accounts (tenders, contracting, relationship management, financial performance monitoring, and invoicing/payables/receivables) to enhance ancillary revenue.

Key Requirements

•1-3+ years overall working experience, preferably in a creative business development role or aviation.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Digital, Economics, or Marketing.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
•Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
•Fluent English (spoken and written).
