Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the 0-1 product design process: research, ideate from insights, iterate with data, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver

  • •Lead design solutions for law enforcement, EMS, firefighters, other first responders, and 911 dispatchers, focusing on reducing cognitive load through information design and intuitive visuals
