Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop strategic initiatives for OE & Talent Development projects aligned with EGA/HC strategy and departmental priorities.
  • •Develop project charters/scopes, including budget, timeframe, resource needs, roles, and responsibilities; define performance measures and baselines.
  • •Deliver assigned workstreams by designing, developing, and implementing key deliverables while ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • •Report project status and progress, support informed decision-making, and resolve issues/barriers or identify alternate solutions.
  • •Execute change management and oversee effective project close and handover to operational teams when applicable, ensuring safety/quality/environment compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR Management (or equivalent), preferably with a post graduate degree.
  • •5+ years of relevant HR experience with leadership experience.
  • •Knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR systems/processes.
  • •Understanding of organisation effectiveness and organisation development concepts (e.g., employee engagement, training needs analysis, design and delivery).
  • •Knowledge of project management and change management practices with strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
