Job Summary

Manage selected OE & Talent Development projects and workstreams to deliver agreed business objectives and KPIs across the organisation. Own project planning from charter/scope and performance baselines through execution of deliverables, stakeholder alignment, status reporting, and decision support. Drive effective change management, handover to operational teams when needed, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop strategic initiatives for OE & Talent Development projects aligned with EGA/HC strategy and departmental priorities.
•Develop project charters/scopes, including budget, timeframe, resource needs, roles, and responsibilities; define performance measures and baselines.
•Deliver assigned workstreams by designing, developing, and implementing key deliverables while ensuring quality and timeliness.
•Report project status and progress, support informed decision-making, and resolve issues/barriers or identify alternate solutions.
•Execute change management and oversee effective project close and handover to operational teams when applicable, ensuring safety/quality/environment compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR Management (or equivalent), preferably with a post graduate degree.
•5+ years of relevant HR experience with leadership experience.
•Knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR systems/processes.
•Understanding of organisation effectiveness and organisation development concepts (e.g., employee engagement, training needs analysis, design and delivery).
•Knowledge of project management and change management practices with strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
