Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Move, Add, Change (MAC) projects including employee relocations, workspace reconfigurations, furniture installations, office restacks, departmental moves, and workplace enhancements.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders (clients, facilities teams, architects, engineers, furniture vendors, IT teams, contractors, and move management providers) to ensure successful delivery.
  • •Analyze and manage project schedules, critical milestones, and dependencies to minimize disruptions to business operations.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems are used throughout execution, and apply workplace project management best practices.
  • •Produce project status reports, move schedules, occupancy reports, risk logs, and executive updates as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience supporting workplace, facilities, move management, space planning, or construction-related projects.
  • •Experience managing Move, Add, Change (MAC) programs, office relocations, workplace transformations, or occupancy projects.
  • •Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and workplace management/project management tools.
