Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • •Develop and maintain Java back-end services and version RESTful APIs, including contract-first design, documentation, and integration testing.
  • •Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native applications on GCP using serverless and container-based solutions.
  • •Participate in incidents, problems, and change management, including production support and scheduled on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •1+ year of related experience (or qualified candidates completing Huntington’s Technical Youth or part of an apprenticeship program).
  • •Hands-on experience developing and supporting cloud-native applications on GCP with strong Java (Spring/Spring Boot) skills.
  • •Experience building and supporting secure RESTful APIs and asynchronous, event-driven integrations (OAuth2/OIDC or similar).
  • •Experience with IaC automation, preferably Terraform, and DevSecOps tool chains/processes.
