Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise on-site LWD process activities including tool preparation, data acquisition, log generation, quality control, and customer service delivery.
  • •Ensure provided data is accurate and timely and meets service quality standards; help identify and communicate expected data and possible problems to the customer.
  • •Provide technical consultation support to clients on mud hydraulics, BHA planning, formation evaluation, drilling tendencies, and mud system/BHA dynamics.
  • •Test all tools and equipment before, during, and after each job; identify and correct operational problems to prevent or minimize service impact.
  • •Complete required forms, databases, and reports (e.g., service vouchers, lost/damaged equipment, radiation site survey, EJCS, FAD/CPI) and ensure BHA assembly follows planned specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum of three months of field experience in M/LWD.
  • •Completion of the basic M/LWD training program and successful completion of company tests or task guideline requirements.
  • •Demonstrate technical aptitude to required standards, including ability to read and interpret formation well logs and directional survey information.
  • •Possess good communication, arithmetic, data entry, and recording skills, and have relevant on and offshore safety certificates.
