Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop assigned styles/collections, including BOM/prototyping, and manage style specifications, size tables, fabric/trim selection, and fitting/sealing comments documents.
  • •Independently develop assigned styles/collections with Design, Product Line Management, Team Head Development, and Puma Group Sourcing and garment suppliers.
  • •Ensure on-time sample delivery, good sample quality/execution, and drive cross-functional communication to collect and provide product comments for higher product value.
  • •Follow up requested changes to finalize and secure product approval (including artwork approvals) prior to bulk order placement.
  • •Create/update tech packs in Puma systems, release tech packs to garment suppliers, ensure on-time data administration, and handle cost review/negotiations to achieve target FOB pricing and benchmarking.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in a Textile, Fashion, or Clothing-related discipline.
  • •2–3 years of relevant experience in the garment/sportswear industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of woven and knitted garments and fabric.
  • •Good understanding of apparel components and product costing.
  • •Proficiency in Excel (vlookup and pivot tables); knowledge of 3D sampling, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
