•Design and lead a world-class global compensation, equity, and long-term incentives philosophy that aligns with our high-performance culture.
•Oversee benefits and wellness programs to ensure competitive, scalable, and inclusive offerings.
•Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, guiding compensation and long-term incentive design across functions and geographies.
•Lead annual planning cycles including benchmarking, merit reviews, and bonus planning initiatives.
•Drive selection and implementation of systems and vendors for retirement and international benefits; establish governance for total rewards programs and approval workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience leading total rewards in both high-growth private and public companies.
•Experience in designing and managing compensation programs for a global workforce, with a preference for engineering-focused organizations.
•Strong modeling, analytics, and communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
•Deep knowledge of compensation structures (base, bonus, equity) and equity vehicles (RSUs, PSUs, options, ESPP).
•Nice-to-have familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and international tax/compliance related to compensation and benefits.
