Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and assure the single approved programme baseline as the authoritative reference for scope, schedule and cost.
  • •Lead definition, structuring and maintenance of integrated programme scope, including capture/control of requirements, assumptions, exclusions, interfaces and dependencies.
  • •Coordinate baseline development, approval and configuration control activities, ensuring baseline suitability for performance measurement, forecasting, funding decisions, assurance and audit.
  • •Ensure baseline changes are captured, assessed and controlled through formal, auditable governance; lead scope elements of trend and change management with integrated impact assessments across cost, schedule and risk.
  • •Produce and assure baseline reports and performance dashboards, monitor variances and provide early-warning indicators to programme leadership and governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in project controls, PMO or programme controls on major infrastructure programmes.
  • •Experience across transport, rail, metro or infrastructure sectors within client, consultancy or delivery organisations.
  • •Proven track record managing integrated scope, schedule, cost, risk and reporting controls.
  • •Strong understanding of programme governance, assurance, change control and performance reporting.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
