Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain OJT curricula, learning items, resources, certification objectives, and assessments to support training of assigned work tasks.
  • •Analyze business needs and develop controlled documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions, while ensuring quality and compliance with templates and standards.
  • •Extract, analyze, and categorize data to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics on an agreed cadence for key stakeholders.
  • •Facilitate department orientations and fab bootcamp for new team members, including assigned mentor-based training to improve time to productivity.
  • •Lead planning and evaluation of assigned programs and participate in cross-functional project work by defining scope, schedules, risks, and success criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education/Adult Learning, Business Administration, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in workforce development, talent development, training, learning & development program design/delivery, or employee engagement/performance improvement.
  • •Certification in SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, SHRM ATD (Associate/Certified Professional in Talent Development), CWDP, or instructional design certifications.
  • •Ability to create and maintain OJT resources and curricula that support training compliance and workforce readiness.
