Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and back outlier founders and businesses through active origination, including content creation, marketing, outreach, conferences, and ecosystem engagement.
  • •Build, nurture and leverage relationships in technical, operator, and founder communities to attract founders to Antler as their first investor.
  • •Assess founders and businesses to decide who to bring into the office to work with, and lead due diligence processes for investment decisions.
  • •Work closely with founders before and after investment, providing sparring on validation and helping build momentum for portfolio companies.
  • •Lead and participate in team initiatives, pull junior members along, and take ownership beyond your role to drive global initiatives across Antler in Continental Europe.
