Oversee field activities for an engineered solutions contracting project on-site while partnering with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and at the company/customer standard. Coordinate job-site logistics, manage subcontractors and installation crews, review drawings and milestones, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain safety and customer satisfaction. Support commissioning/startups and lead selected tasks with limited oversight, including documenting issues and tracking punch lists.

•Coordinate and oversee job-site logistics, daily work activities, customer interactions, and subcontractor progress.
•Direct and organize onsite construction crews/subcontractors to meet project milestones and quality, including Day 1 guidance and training.
•Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with stakeholders.
•Review drawings and understand scope and schedules; identify risks and installation deficiencies, document daily logs, and provide updates to the Project Manager.
•Maintain onsite safety standards and support equipment startup/commissioning, including supervising 3rd validation contractors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,700 - 135,834.99 annually

Key Requirements

•Associate degree or Accredited Apprenticeship in Engineering Technology (e.g., Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical) with 5 years of construction industry experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years in construction/commercial/industrial refrigeration.
•Proficient in reading plans and specifications, with familiarity with project schedules, budgets, and safety procedures.
•Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Projects) and SharePoint.
•Ability to troubleshoot problems and guide corrective actions to resolve technical issues.
•Travel expectations of 75%.
