Operations Analyst

Own the operational layer of Account Management by maintaining systems, reporting, and processes that keep the AM function running smoothly. Monitor data quality across the AM reporting stack (including HubSpot and Sigma), maintain AM “traffic lights,” and keep recurring operational processes healthy. Improve existing workflows end to end, triage issues across the AM tech stack, and support post-launch maintenance for areas like customer health scoring and AutoRenewals.
