Job Summary

Support the sales process end-to-end by uncovering customer pain points and translating them into tailored, value-driven solutions. Lead presales activities, run high-level demos, deliver Rfx responses, and create PoVs that demonstrate business value. Design secure solution architectures for on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud deployments of the UiPath platform, partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing to evangelize solutions and improve offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Sales team on account strategy planning and opportunity qualification.
•Lead end-to-end presales activities, including creating value propositions and delivering high-level demos.
•Create and deliver strong Rfx responses, contextualized demos, and PoVs during the sales process.
•Design solution architectures that fit customer needs and support secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform.
•Address client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture while evangelizing UiPath solutions and sharing knowledge with the team.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect position.
•Experience with process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies such as LLMs and agents.
•Solid understanding of Business Process Orchestration.
•Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build internal and external relationships.
•Fluent in English and German; willing to travel.
