Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex orders using SAP and other supporting tools.
  • •Own the end-to-end order process, including order intake, order changes, delivery order creation, and returns.
  • •Coordinate and maintain communication with internal stakeholders including Key Account Managers, Project Managers, and Production Planning.
  • •Provide excellent customer service for customers.
  • •Report, monitor, and control the order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SoX).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent.
  • •Fluent English (C1 or higher) and comfort communicating with stakeholders.
  • •Strong problem-solving and organizational skills (time/work management).
  • •Team player with strong communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); previous Supply Chain/Order Management or Logistics experience is a plus.
