Job Summary

Lead food production operations by supervising kitting, processing, packaging, testing, and grading teams and ensuring the production plan is delivered on time and in full. Monitor line performance and productivity, troubleshoot work problems, and communicate targets and shift updates. Drive daily adherence to safety, GMP, SOPs, and HACCP, support sanitation and waste disposal standards, and train associates on machinery, PPE, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise, coordinate, and schedule production associate activities across kitting, processing, packaging, testing, and grading.
•Work with stakeholders to ensure raw materials, packaging, and consumables are available to meet production plans on time.
•Monitor delivery of the production plan, resolve work problems, and recommend measures to improve productivity and KPI performance.
•Ensure production areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day and at shift end; support PPE and sanitation equipment readiness.
•Train new associates on job duties for packaging machinery, safety procedures, and company policies while maintaining compliance with safety, GMP, SOPs, and HACCP.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma (or equivalent) with relevant education and experience.
•1–3 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or food service environments.
•Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment and familiarity with inventory management and control.
•Strong leadership and people management skills to supervise and motivate 30+ hourly employees.
•Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
