Drive payroll and HR transformation programs by serving as the Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll and taxation SME across full lifecycle implementations. Bring deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM product suite, end-to-end HR business flows, and multiple modules to architect solutions, lead design/development of HCM assets, and create design proposals that address cost, time, and future business needs while presenting recommendations to clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Oracle Cloud HCM as the UK payroll and taxation SME during full lifecycle implementation projects.
•Architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformations and fine-tune estimating models and methodologies.
•Lead functional solution design using Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll and taxation business processes across industries.
•Present solutions to clients and prospects, addressing questions and clarifying requirements.
•Plan and direct product selection assessments, preparing design proposals reflecting cost, time, and alternative actions; recommend materially impactful decisions; lead design/development of HCM assets/accelerators/differentiators.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of relevant experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll.
•Expert understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end HR business flows.
•Functional knowledge across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR and UK Payroll).
•Participation as the owner for Oracle Cloud HCM (UK payroll and taxation) in at least two full lifecycle implementation projects.
•Ability to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation and present solutions to clients and prospects.
