Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals through ALO initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engaging, guest-friendly experiences and maintain daily client relationships.
  • •Analyze store reports with leadership to strategize, support action plans, and address deficient areas.
  • •Provide effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
  • •Resolve client needs quickly, educate guests and staff on products/community/culture, and assist with shipment processing, merchandising, and replenishment.
