Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Alan’s yearly flagship event, including purpose/audience/narrative/success criteria, roadmap, budget, and production plan.
  • •Manage end-to-end execution across agencies, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders, including run-of-show and on-site delivery.
  • •Build recurring event playbooks: define event formats, create templates/standards/checklists/quality standards, and enable commercial team roles.
  • •Support local teams on market events by helping select formats, reviewing plans/briefs, raising quality, and scaling successful local formats globally.
  • •Contribute to community-event strategy by designing franchises/formats, building partnerships, and running test-and-learn initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years delivering events end to end, ideally in brand/B2B marketing or field marketing contexts.
  • •Experience running complex events with multiple stakeholders, agencies, venues/suppliers, speakers (including special logistics/security needs), and audience types.
  • •Strong event production skills including planning, budgeting, timelines, vendor management, risk management, rehearsals, and on-site delivery.
  • •Ability to build repeatable processes such as playbooks, templates, or operating models for consistent execution.
  • •Strong brand/commercial understanding of how events drive brand awareness, community building, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes, with experience collaborating across Sales/PR/Creative/Comms/local teams.
