Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line support for HR-related questions from employees, managers, and HR colleagues across Scandinavia.
  • •Support and train users in Workday.
  • •Develop, improve, maintain, and optimize HR processes.
  • •Handle HR questions in a service-oriented way while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Scandinavia.
  • •Work within the HR Shared Services People Support team and larger HR Shared Services organization to deliver service quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • •A few years of experience in a similar HR Support, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services role.
  • •Experience optimizing processes—identify, analyze, and drive changes to implementation.
  • •Very strong system proficiency with HR and case-management systems.
  • •Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written) and able to understand and communicate in Norwegian and/or Danish.
