Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the roadmap for Content Cards and Banners, using customer, sales, support, usage, and competitive signals.
  • •Turn shipped capability into activated customers and sustained usage by improving defaults, time-to-first banner, self-serve setup, and integrations (e.g., Shopify).
  • •Make creation faster and more intelligent, ensuring surfaces work naturally with Operator so AI can act on marketer intent.
  • •Deliver first-class programmability: REST API parity, translations support, enterprise-grade access scoping, and a path to serve in-product content over a public API.
  • •Own measurement and performance at scale, setting adoption/usage/performance targets and building reliable, observable infrastructure.

  • •8+ years of product management experience, including owning a product line at scale.
