Key Responsibilities

  • •Process client account services including deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, savings withdrawals, and recording deposits.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone and complete transactions as needed (including currency transaction reports).
  • •Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities, recognize client needs, and direct clients to a banker.
  • •Process consumer credit card applications and complete special client requests (e.g., closing accounts, ordering checks, exchanging foreign currency, safe-deposit box procedures).
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer, comply with bank operations and security procedures, maintain confidentiality, and participate in training and team support.
